Becky Said Yes!
Russell proposed to Becky Nichols this afternoon and she said yes!
Russ and Becky have been dating for over 2 years. She's been waiting for him to ask for a while now, but he was waiting for the right time. That time has finally come.
Congratulations Russ and Becky!
Family Exercise
Wow! Our whole family is now exercising on our own schedules. Russ is doing the Navy Seal workout, David is getting in shape for Biola basketball by doing a workout at home, Joni is walking most mornings and I started running regularly in April. We all have our purposes and goals and rarely exercise together.
I like the fact that we are all concerned about our fitness and health.

A Day at the Clinic
Joni had out-patient surgery today to have a port installed allowing easier access to her system for chemotherapy sessions. She doesn't have a date for chemotherapy to begin yet, but it is expected in the next two weeks. Thanks for your prayers.
